LeadingAge is a nonprofit organization representing more than five thousand aging services, professionals and organizations based in Washington, D.C. Through research on innovative care strategies and education initiatives focused on combating ageism, the LeadingAge network is committed to helping older adults live their best years. 

In the spring of 2020, Leading Age came to Inigo with the goal of increasing attendance at the Annual Meeting’s Student Program. While COVID-19 shifted the event to a virtual format, Inigo crafted a marketing and social media plan targeted at informing university students of the opportunities LeadingAge and the aging services field has to offer. The following fall, Inigo focused on efforts on content development, creating a series of messaging planks, social media posts and video that spoke to the passions and aspirations of a young audience.
