WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT TEAMS AND ROLES WITHIN INIGO?

Inigo has five teams: Account, Creative Design, Recruitment, Promotions, and Public Relations. Each team has a director and coordinators.

Account Team: The Account team are the main points of contact for our clients. Their core responsibility is to meet with their designated client throughout the semester to understand their communication needs and communicate these needs to the rest of the agency. These individuals know how to write the perfect email, love keeping organized calendars, and thrive on seeing projects completed start to finish.

Creative Design: The Creative Design team is comprised of individuals who think big and create deliverables for our clients from a blank slate. They’re our artists behind deliverables such as graphics, videos, podcasts, flyers, visuals for social media content, etc.

Recruitment Team: The Recruitment team is the heart of Inigo’s internal growth, ensuring that new talent is consistently discovered, engaged, and brought into the organization. This team leads the charge on outreach campaigns, information sessions, and onboarding efforts, always on the lookout for future creatives and leaders who will help shape Inigo’s future. Their mission is to grow the community and uphold the standards that make Inigo a name worth knowing at Loyola and beyond.

Promotions: The Promotions team shapes how the world sees Inigo. From social media and website management to event marketing and branded campaigns, they work to elevate Inigo’s presence on campus, in Chicago, and nationwide. By treating Inigo as their client, they ensure the organization’s image stays sharp, engaging, and true to its creative roots, making Inigo not just a name but a brand people recognize and trust.

Public Relations: The Public Relations team knows how to be intentional and tactical with every word they write and how to grab people’s attention quickly, and they’ve perfected the art of an elevator pitch. They’re our press gurus and write press releases and blog posts, pitch to news outlets, reach out to influencers, and know how to raise awareness of our clients. They also function as our copywriting team, expertly combining their artistic and narrative skills to create scripts, captions, and visual text for our clients.
